Why Parliament?

The Parliament Group is a Nevada processor run by Nevada residents. Our goal has always been to provide Nevada farmers with the information and materials they need to be successful in this industry, to help stabilize market demand and pricing, and to provide an efficient and reliable outlet for Nevada hemp biomass. With the inevitable commoditization of raw hemp products over the next three to five years, it will become even more important that end consumers have clean products made by efficient biomass processing facilities, and access to vast networks of responsible, commercial outlets.

As this industry grows, so too will its regulation, and the FDA will require the production of clean products using clean processes, manufactured according to standards already set in place for the nutraceutical industry. This reality preempts the need to work hand-in-hand with the Nevada Legislature, not only to guide the establishment of these standards, but to ensure compliance of those facilities. The Parliament Group utilizes various strain certification services to ensure reliable identification for the strains we [provide/recommend], and this certification stands as assurance to both our farmers and our end consumers, that our quality products are clean and reliable, and trusted from seed to sale.

A processing facility must understand the consumer side of the market in order to accurately assess both current demand and capacity for future growth, and The Parliament Group has dedicated [its extensive commercial outreach/marketing/sales teams] to do just that. As the market progresses, so too will Nevada, and having a strong processing infrastructure will help us to become a hemp powerhouse and manufacturing hub, capable of competing with established states such as New York and Oregon.

Nevada farmers need to have strong, local processors in place, as the improper storage and shipment of hemp both increases costs for farmers and can negatively affect the viability of a crop, even decreasing its CBD content. It is essential that hemp is harvested and transferred to a processor as soon as possible; the ability to connect with a local processor who can adequately store and dry material until its ready to be processed, can greatly reduce this risk to, and cost of goods for, each Nevada farmer.

The more efficiently we are able to process hemp, the more likely hemp will become a viable competitor in the nutraceutical and textile industries, and to other fibers such as linen and cotton. This sentiment hasn’t wavered over the last 100 years, yet the lack of innovation in technology has hindered hemp’s expansion. Now, with recent advancements in harvesting and extraction technology, such an expansion is finally possible.

We have before us an opportunity: to redeem American Farmers, restore American Farmlands, repair American Health, revive American Textiles, and ultimately, return manufacturing back to American Facilities. The Parliament Group has access to the right genetics and next-level technology and processes, but we cannot make these products without you. We recognize the value of our farmers and we have made a pledge to subsidize Nevada farms by producing the finest quality CBD from their flowers. Clean isolate means clean medicine, and clean plants mean clean textiles. Join us in our movement to bring back the American Economy, one hemp plant at a time.
